Callum joined the company in 2013 and was responsible for the development of the Labour Hire Division.

Cliff is a dedicated management professional who has worked in a variety of environments enabling a wide set of skills to be utilised to support any number of professional settings.

An experienced site and workshop manager, Peter has more than 40 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector with particular exposure to such commodities as nickel, gold, copper, uranium and iron ore; for both surface and underground projects.

Ken Bowness

Ken Bowness is CPC Engineering’s Group Commercial Manager. He has over 40 years’ experience in all aspect of project management, particularly in procurement and contract management including the preparation of contractual and technical procedures, and systems.

Richard Perrett

Richard Perrett has over 30 years’ experience in the design of minerals processing plants in gold, base metals, copper, and minerals sands.

David Fielder

David has extensive years of engineering and management experience both within Australia and internationally (Africa, Asia, South America). He has worked on a range of commodities including gold, copper, lead, zinc, alumina, lithium, iron ore, coal and grain.

Gavin Nowrojee

Gavin Nowrojee is an experienced project manager with over 25 years’ experience in engineering design, project management, feasibility study development, site construction and commissioning of mineral processing plants.

Graeme Rooke

Graeme has 30+ years broad industry experience ranging from oil and gas, mining and minerals, power generation, to defence and rail in design, procurement, construction, project management, commissioning and handover of operations.

Karen Haynes

Karen is a qualified CPA with over 25 years’ experience, the last 15 of which have been in Senior Finance and Commercial Management roles across a range of industries including Oil and Gas, the Airline Sector, Logistics, Construction, Drilling, Engineering Services and Higher Education.
