Board
Peter Bowman
Chairman
Hailing from Scotland, Peter arrived in Western Australia in the late 1960s as a boilermaker. In 1970, he founded CPC Engineering in a modest Kambalda workshop, providing essential fabrication services to the mining industry, both underground and on the surface. Over five decades, he steadfastly grew the business, navigating market fluctuations to expand CPC's reach across Western Australia. A true force of nature in business, his entrepreneurial spirit also extended to a keen interest in wine, culminating in the establishment of a winery in the state's picturesque Southwest region.
Ian Fletcher
Non-Executive Director
Ian has over five decades of leadership across government, industry, and community sectors, including roles with BHP Billiton, WA Premier Richard Court, and the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. A Churchill Fellow and Order of Australia recipient, he founded Miners’ Promise and the National Reconciliation Forum, reflecting his commitment to Aboriginal capacity building. Ian is a non-executive director at CPC Engineering and patron of the WA School of Mines.
