CPC Engineering was the Lead Consultant for delivering the 500kt/a Maniry Graphite Project Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for Evion Group. The Project is in the southern region of Madagascar.
CPC ‘s scope included full services to produce DFS level engineering design and deliverables to support the development of a Class 3 capital cost estimate to AACE 18R-87 standard and equivalent level of operating cost estimate and project scheduling. CPC were the overall Study Manager of the DFS report, coordinating with all other consultants.
The 500kt/a processing facility is designed to produce 30kt/a of graphite concentrate grading a minimum of 95% TGC into 5 saleable size fractions.
The process facility design consists of 2 stage crushing, milling, 1st stage flotation, regrind/polishing, 2nd stage flotation, concentrate filtration, drying, dry screening into size fractions, bagging and storage, tailing disposal, reagents and plant services.
