CPC Engineering was the Lead Consultant for delivering the 1.2Mt/a Ulysses Gold Project Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for Genesis Minerals. The Project is in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
CPC ‘s scope included full services to produce DFS level engineering design and deliverables to support the development of a Class 3 capital cost estimate to AACE 18R-87 and AusIMM Cost Estimation Handbook with appropriate detail to achieve a +-15% accuracy level.
CPC were the overall Study Manager of the DFS report, coordinating with all other consultants.
The DFS level process facility design consisted of 3 stage crushing, ball milling, flotation, concentrate regrind, pre-leach thickening, cyanide leaching and adsorption, split AARL elution, gold recovery electrowinning, spent carbon regeneration, gravity gold recovery, tailing disposal, reagents and plant services.
