CPC (as part of a joint venture) were awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the Cowal Flotation Tail Leach Project.
This project increased the processing rate from 7.5Mt/a to 9.5Mt/a, by the inclusion of a new flotation tail CIL circuit comprises of seven 2400m3 tanks, cyanide destruction, reagent mixing, loadedcarbon recovery and preparation, carbon regeneration and additional electrowinning capacity.
