Greenbushes CGP2 Crushing & HPGR Circuit

CPC completed the engineering design for a 500 t/h Chemical Grade Plant 2 (CGP2) crushing circuit at Talison Lithium’s Greenbushes Plant in Western Australia. The circuit includes primary and secondarycrushing (jaw, cone), HPGR, screening, interconnecting conveyors and a stockpile reclaim.
The CGP2 expansion doubled the lithium concentrate production of the then Greenbushes lithium processing facility, with the crushing plant processing 2.4 Mtpa of spodumene ore. CGP2 was commissioned inlate 2019.
Immediately following the completion of CGP2 crushing circuit, CPC was engaged to design the 1,000 t/h Chemical Grade Plant 3 (CGP3) project. This expansion project provided an additional 4.8 Mtpa ofspodumene ore processing capacity for Talison Lithium.
