Graham (Barge) Warner
General Manager Operations
Barge has had over 30 year’s experience in maintenance, wear management and materials handling. He has held positions up to and including Maintenance and Mine Manager in large organisations. Having worked as a contractor for clients has enabled him to understand clients’ needs and be able to find solutions that are fit for purpose whilst always looking outside the circle for solutions that are “Why didn’t we think of that”.
Innovation and can do outlook combined with management skills has made Barge key to our operations and commitment to provide our customers a quality service with accountability.
Warren Larfield
Manager – Kalgoorlie
Warren joined the company in 2015 and brings with him a wealth of development and management experience in the resource and mining sectors. This includes operations, construction and commissioning.
He was most recently COO of Karara Mining, one of Australia’s largest magnetite processing companies. Prior to this he has held a range of other senior positions within Karara Mining, Newcrest Mining, Straits Resources, MIM and various others.
As a proven and innovative senior manager with a wide range of experience in mining and associated industries, Warren brings a high level of technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams to meet challenging objectives while maintaining a clear focus on achieving results.
Peter Berryman
Manager – Port Hedland
An experienced site and workshop manager, Peter has more than 20 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector with particular exposure to such commodities as nickel, gold, copper, uranium and iron ore; both for surface and underground projects.
Peter has the full range of skills required to effectively manage and deliver project and maintenance services to client requirements.
Robert Hart
Manager – Ravensthorpe and Esperance
Robert has been employed by CPC Engineering since 2008. He has 18 years of experience in site construction and various fabrication workshops for the mining and materials handling industry.
Robert has been managing metal fabrication, fitting, machining and hydraulics services in various commodities, including gold, iron, nickel and grain handling. He has a strong background in client relations and an outstanding track record in safety and quality assurance.
Eoin Dumigan
Operations Manager – Port Hedland
Eoin has held a number of senior roles in the materials handling sector before coming to CPC. This experience and knowledge in working with major OEM providers is instrumental in the Pilbara region in the support and understanding of our clients’ needs.
With excellent leadership skills and a strong work ethic, Eoin will ensure the delivery of a first class service to our current and new clients.
Callum Gray
Manager – Labour Hire
Callum joined the company in 2013 and was responsible for the development of the Labour Hire Division. He has over 12 years experience in the Labour Hire business in the West Australian resource and mining sectors. His experience covers all aspects of Recruitment and he specialised in the hiring of Blue Collar workers. Callum has worked with a number of tier-one and mid-tier Mining Companies and has played an essential role in providing the key personnel to carry out shutdowns, projects and daily operations. Prior to working in Recruitment Callum had a number of Management roles in the Financial Sector both in Sydney and London.
